1. General provisions
Yvela is a C2C marketplace operating in Georgia. The platform enables individuals and businesses to post listings for selling, buying, and renting goods and services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, refrain from fraudulent activities, respect third-party rights, and comply with Georgian law. Each user is responsible for the content of their listings.
3. Prohibited items and services
The following categories are strictly prohibited: weapons and ammunition, narcotic and psychotropic substances, tobacco products (online tobacco sales are prohibited under Georgian law, Tobacco Control Act 4059-RS), counterfeit goods, sexually explicit materials, forged documents.
4. Listing rules
Listings must contain accurate descriptions, real photographs, and correct prices. Misleading information and use of third-party photographs without permission are prohibited.
5. Review and comment rules
Hate speech, profanity, threats, and disclosure of third-party personal data (phone numbers, addresses, documents) are prohibited. Reviews must be based on genuine interaction experience.
6. Moderation policy
Yvela uses a combination of AI moderation and manual review. The platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice. Moderator decisions are final.
7. Paid services
The platform offers paid listing promotion services: search boost, highlighting, and featured placement. Payment is processed via Telegram Stars. Terms and pricing may change with prior notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Yvela acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for listing content, quality of goods and services, or user actions. All transactions are conducted directly between users. The platform is not a party to any transaction.
9. Account termination
Yvela reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or systematic breach of platform rules.
